A public meeting, held by Aberconwy AM Janet Finch-Saunders, at Llandudno’s West Shore on Friday night, saw over 100 attendees and many local Councillors discussing matters with the Member.
The meeting was held at the Trinity Centre, and, at the invitation of the Assembly Member, Cllr Louise Emery the Cabinet Member for Economic Development on Conwy County Borough Council, was in attendance, along with a number of Llandudno Town and Conwy County Borough Councillors.
“The strength of feeling on some of the issues discussed was clear from the exceptional turn out at this meeting – with over 100 local residents in attendance.
“The sand blown over the cycle track and paths at West Shore was discussed – including the need for a long term solution to ensure safe and year-round access to this National Cycle Route.
“The Number 12 bus service was also raised by many constituents, and I was able to update them on my recent meeting with Mr Michael Morton – Managing Director of Arriva Buses Wales. Issues of concern regarding accessibility and timings were raised and I will be looking into these further so as to ensure that my constituents are able to access the service they require.”
