Thursday, 1 August, 2013

Welsh Conservative Assembly Member for Aberconwy Janet Finch-Saunders AM has demonstrated her support for the Internet Watch Foundation’s campaign to tackle child sexual abuse images and videos on the internet.

Speaking about her support for the campaign Janet said: “The internet is a fantastic development in the way in which we communicate and do business, but more needs to be done to protect our children and young people to allow them to browse safely

“I have given my support to the Internet Watch Foundation’s campaign to enable better reporting of indecent images. By becoming an IWF Champion, I have pledged to raise awareness of the importance of this fight, and would urge my fellow Assembly Members to do the same.”
