With up to £300,000 worth of funding per application Aberconwy companies have been encouraged to get involved.

Commenting on the news Janet said:

“This fund will allow businesses and individuals to apply for funding to develop alternatives to single-use packaging for customers.

“With single-use plastic continuing to present serious challenges to the health of our environment it is vital that sustainable alternatives are available to retailers and customers.

“I would encourage businesses across Aberconwy to consider applying to this fund which will provide a unique opportunity to assist in the reusable packaging revolution required across the UK.”

Applications are open until 24/06/2022 and further information can be found here: www.bringitbackfund.co.uk
