A new office space where businesses are actively encouraged to grow and thrive has been officially launched by Aberconwy AM Janet Finch-Saunders.
Anson House in Llandudno Junction has been hailed as an ‘incubator hub’ thanks to its array of single, small and medium size offices on the ground floor.
Beech Developments, the firm behind the scheme, aims to offer North Wales SME’s a chance to scale up their office space in a flexible environment as their businesses grow.
Janet Finch-Saunders said: “Aberconwy is a great place to do business, and ‘incubator hubs’ such as Anson House provide an invaluable space for new start-ups to develop and grow.
“The right location, support and environment is essential to any SME, and I am delighted to be able to see first-hand just how much this facility is benefitting the many businesses to which it is now home.”
One of the businesses already making best use of the all-inclusive space is Site & Seen, a web design, link building and social media agency who saw the benefits of free, ample parking and convenient out-of-town easy access location.
Tim Blackledge, Director said: “While we loved being in Llandudno, parking and getting into and out of town is difficult when the tourist season is in full flow. Since we have moved to the new office we have expanded the business. My wife Leanda has now become Director of Operations with immediate effect and we are hoping to grow even bigger as time moves on. Anson House is proving a great environment for us to thrive!”
On the upper ground level, alongside fellow tenants Beech Developments, is a large office area taken by Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management (CGWM).
Matthew Rainbird from CGWM said: “New office space of this calibre is incredibly important to businesses such as ours so that we can properly service our clients and continue to attract talented staff. Investment of this nature shows support for the local economy and gives us the confidence to grow and develop our presence in North Wales. We look forward to bringing our personal wealth management expertise to more people in the area.”

Materials are sourced, where possible, from sustainable sources and all waste on site is minimised and disposed of responsibly.
