Welsh Conservatives have questioned a set of new guidelines surrounding senior public sector pay in Wales.

The Shadow Minister for Local Government has backed a campaign for Cardiff to have Wales' first directly elected mayor.

Small and medium-sized enterprises in Wales account for 99.9 per cent of private sector business, three quarters of employment and 59 per cent of turnover.
