The i61 Bike Ride £10 Challenge is taking place once more this year.
Janet took part in the Bike Ride Challenge in 2015, and will be taking part again this year.
She said: "It was wet, but a lot of fun and we raised a huge amount of funds for some great local charities. Last year I was surprised and delighted to raise and incredible £380, but I'd love to beat that this year.
"Nominations are still open until 31st August - so nominate your favourite local Charity/Project or Good Cause by commenting below. My own nomination has been RNLI Llandudno, towards their new lifeboat station.
"Last year we joined together and the 2015 Bike Ride team raised a staggering £3,000 towards the £10 Challenge total of over £18,000, all benefiting local charities/projects and good causes. So we're doing it again!
