Commenting on the reinstatement of the no 19 bus service to hourly Janet Finch-Saunders AM/AC said

“ I am delighted that Arriva Buses Wales have listened to the concerns raised by local constituents and have reinstated this much needed service to an hourly timetable. The voice of the people has been listened to and acted upon. Arriva Buses Wales now need to look at their overall communications and implementation strategy and seek to find ways on better engaging with local people on a range of bus related issues”.
